2. Unfasten the center clasp.
3. Stick each cup two fingers above the crease, bringing the breast towards the center.
4. Close the clasp and adjust.

Adhesive Cups:
1. Clean and dry skin, free of creams or oils.
2. Remove the protective film and save it.
3. Bend over 90°, stick the circular part to the breast, and as you straighten up, pull the tab upwards.
4. Wash with warm water and mild soap when necessary. Air dry and reapply the film.

The Silicone Adhesive Breast Lift Cups do not work for very large and heavy breasts.
