If you experience any burning or itching sensation, we recommend removing the product immediately.

1. Make sure your hands and breasts are completely clean, dry, and free of any creams or oils before applying the product.

2. Remove the protective film and place the nipple covers over the nipple area. The middle part without the adhesive should be over the nipple, then secure the edges by pressing with your fingers.

3. Get dressed and enjoy the freedom!

4. Remove the stickers from your skin and discard them. These are for single use only.

How many times can they be used?
These are single-use nipple covers, meaning you throw them away after using them. Each set comes with 2 pairs, so we've got you covered for 2 outfits where you don't want to wear a bra!

Are they sweat and water-resistant?
Yes! They are waterproof.

How strong is the adhesive?
The adhesive is stronger than that of silicone products, so if you have sensitive skin, we do not recommend using this product.
