3. Stick each cup two fingers above the breast crease, bringing the breast towards the center.
4. Close the clasp and adjust.

3. Bend forward 90°, stick the circular part, and as you straighten up, pull the tab upwards.
4. Wash with warm water and mild soap when necessary, let air dry.
