2. Remove the anti-dust protective film and save it. Do not throw it away.

3. How should they be applied?
Bend your back until you are at a 90-degree angle, with your breasts facing the floor, and stick the circular part of the nipple cover to your breast. As you straighten your back up, pull the tab of the nipple cover and stick it as high as possible to help with the lift. Repeat the same process with the other breast.

4. Get dressed and enjoy their comfort. Remove them from your skin and store them in the nipskin case, but be sure to reapply the anti-dust protector first. Never stick one nipple cover to another; if you lose the protector, you can replace it with plastic kitchen wrap or something similar.

5. If you need to clean them, wash them with warm water and mild soap when you feel it is necessary. Shake off any excess water and let them air dry. Do not use towels or paper.
